Drop by drop, it is harvested purely by the earth's gravity: This so-called drip honey from natural honeycomb cultivation is a real rarity - and a culinary treasure for connoisseurs! As we only harvest once a year, the honey reflects the entire blossom and forest year. What's more, because each region is unique in its plant composition and bees collect nectar from countless plants, honey is an aromatic essence of the respective cultural and natural landscape. This is how we depict the regional landscape between Lake Attersee and Lake Traunsee in sweet form and harvest local honey for selected locations - similar to wine. Our drip honey was honoured as Austria's organic product of the year 2025.Our products are available around the clock in our small self-service shops in Regau at Rutzenmooser Ring 68 and in Neudorf 14a, located directly on the Salzkammergut cycle path (R2).-Stockwerk NaturwabenimkereiA cooperation with bees that you can taste.
