As the only nationwide queer-feminist networking center, its activities focus on four strategic areas of work: Art and cultural program: the artistic conception and implementation of festivals, symposia, exhibitions, concerts, screenings and discussion rounds - with multilingualism, fair fees and childcare - plays an important role in increasing the participation, visibility and decision-making power of FLINTA people in the public cultural sector. FIFTITU% also runs the monthly radio program 52Radiominuten. Advice & professionalization: FIFTITU% provides free individual and group advice, mentoring programmes and workshops to directly support artists from all over Austria in their professionalization and sustainably strengthen them in their artistic careers. Media work: FIFTITU% operates the nationwide funding database newsbase.at as a concrete tool for equal opportunities and professionalization in art and culture. In addition, targeted campaigns increase the reach and impact of cultural and socio-political work. Special projects: In addition to the current annual program, FIFTITU% realizes art and cultural projects financed by special project grants every year.
