For example, the association offers- Astro-guided tours at the Freiwald observatory in Pürstling near Sandl - Observations of special celestial spectacles at the main square in Freistadt - Star hikes and full moon hikes - Lectures and sky observations at schools and much more. The AVM has had a new club telescope since 2022. This powerful telescope is stationed at the Freiwaldsternwarte Sandl observatory, but can also be used on the move for special occasions.
