Our therapy and seminar centre in Zell am Moos is intended to be a place of refuge and an anchor point for people in difficult life situations: Anyone who realises that their own problems can no longer be overcome without help will find a wide range of services and a number of counsellors and therapists to help them look to the future with optimism after a period of professional support. Our services currently include help with anxiety, eating disorders, grief, relationship problems, depression, burnout, lack of drive or sleep disorders - and we help you (depending on the problem and concern) through psychotherapy, psychosocial counselling, human energetics, couples counselling, grief counselling, management counselling, company employee counselling and counselling for children and young people. As an alternative to individual counselling, there is an ongoing selection of seminars, workshops and group counselling sessions, such as the open bereavement group "Coping with death" or our women's healing circle "My weight in balance". The different methods have one thing in common: They provide a new perspective from the outside, which means that the problem can be recognised much more quickly and also dealt with more effectively when the solution suddenly becomes visible. We welcome new additions to our centre at any time! And because it was important to us to create an environment in which both we providers and our clients feel comfortable, the visual artist Marion C. Höpflinger has customised three of the four rooms with her paintings. With the "Rent Art" project, she offers people who do not want to buy works of art the opportunity to rent them for business premises or doctors' surgeries. The term "OJAS" comes from Ayurveda and means something like "life energy", which is extremely fitting, as this is exactly what the OJAS centre is all about: rediscovering your own life energy, strength and inner power.
