The dairy cows feel at home in the barn and on the pasture and show their gratitude with delicious organic milk. The vegetable garden grows a wide variety of crops, often rarities, and cereals are also grown. Thomas Seyr pays particular attention to the quality of the soil, as it is the basis for all growth. Christa introduces visitors to the wonderful world of herbs; the biodiversity around the organic farm offers a wealth of usable plants, which the organic farmer collects and processes together with visitors. The Seyr family spoils guests with their excellent cuisine at seminars or celebrations in the newly designed seminar and catering area. **Programme (duration: 3 hours):**- From grain to bread - A day on the organic farm - From grass to milk - Herb tours with herb processing and cooking The programme can be rounded off with various activities: Herb walks, cookery seminars, baking bread with natural sourdough.
