Orchard cultivation and cider have been of great importance to our company for generations. In addition to traditional mountain farming, the farm-produced cider was already distributed regionally as a second mainstay by great-grandfather Konrad Höllhuber Senior. Through constant further training, the tradition and know-how of generations are combined with the most modern cellar management. We enthusiastically develop original and innovative drinks such as cider, Steinbacher Hugo and Rosante.
