From 1600 as guid house for the crafts butcher, wood truner and hat maker.
From 1960 various adaptions to building

 The important local historian and medic Dr. Ferdinand Krackowizer lists this building in his house index as a hostel for various salt workers and brotherhoods from 1392. From 1600 it served the guilds of the butcher´s, wood turner´s and hat maker´s. during the 19th and 20th century it was the seat of various businesses. Various adaptions to the building from 1960 which then housed different businesses.
