The imposing keep is visible from afar and was first mentioned in documents in 1145. The event areas were brought out of decades of "slumber" in 2019, and after gradual restoration, the grounds are now once again available for public and private festivities. A tour for groups of 10 or more is possible by appointment and for a fee.
