The aim is to improve coordination and balance and to integrate movement into everyday life. There are various exercise options for this. The exercise park in Freistädter Stadtgraben stretches from the Bürgerkorpsturm to the so-called "Hietler-Stiege" and complements the existing facilities in the Stadtpark: the various stations of the Höhenflug, the strength park at the Bürgerkorpsturm and the spacious playground in the Finsteren Promenade.
