A2 milk - Wallner family

Maria and Fritz Wallner live and work together with their three children and parents on an idyllic farm at 600 m above sea level in Scharnstein. The farm is part of a magnificent natural landscape with lush meadows and intact forest cultures. In addition to dairy and forestry, the Wallner family produces brandies and liqueurs from fruit. There are currently 40 Simmental cattle in the barn with a run. Fritz graduated from agricultural college, Maria is a trained industrial clerk and comes from a dairy farming family herself.
