Right next to the Schauspielhaus, visitors will find the Kammerspiele, built in 1957, on the Promenade. These are also home to numerous drama productions. The venue has 400 seats for guests and space for an orchestra with 25 musicians.In addition to classical drama, the Kammerspiele is also home to the Young Theater with many plays. Various guest performances also take place, as well as performances of plays by the Upper Austrian Amateur Theater Association.
