My kind yoga convey means body in a gentle way - mind - soul to connect again. Physical exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises are part of the main yoga unit (90 min.). Registration is requested - mats, blankets, cushion for 10 people are in the yoga room (Mayrwinkl 16) available. The yoga room is located in the home of the Pawluk family in sunny Mayrwinkl in the community Roßleithen. It covers approximately 49m ² and is responsible for approximately 10-12 participants aligned. With great joy Christa Pawluk now teaching yoga since 2011 for adults, children ages 4 and older people. In the summer months of July I offer outdoor yoga.
