It supports the alleviation of respiratory diseases and has a positive effect on chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, and asthma. Approximately a thousand liters of iodine water flow over hawthorn bundles through 33 nozzles every hour and are finely atomized. The surrounding air is enriched with iodine salt and essential oils from the hawthorn. Regular daily application over several weeks is ideal. A stay of ten to twenty minutes in the grotto area is recommended. Long deep breaths relax, improve lung function, and reduce stress.
