The fruit is produced according to the guidelines of integrated production. Precise observations and records, as well as the protection and use of beneficial insects, minimise the need for plant protection. Numerous hours of sunshine in summer and high temperature differences in autumn have an extremely positive influence on taste, sugar and acid content, firmness and colouring. In addition to the production of dessert fruit for the fresh market, special attention is paid to processing into fruit juices, must and distillates. *Fruit growing:* Apples it produces apples, pears, cherries, quinces, plums, sour cherries, apricots and nectarines. . . *Fruit juices:* Apple juice, mixed apple juices, pear juice, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, dried apple rings . . . *Distillates:* various types, Williams, apple, apricot, quince, Zwetscken, sour cherry, cherry, nut liqueur, sour cherry liqueur, raspberry liqueur . . . The farm's products are also available in the farm shops in Traun, Alkoven and Ansfelden. Excursions possible! Guided tours are organised by prior arrangement for groups of 20 or more.
