Many types and varieties of fruit thrive in the 3.3-hectare orchard. The fruit is marketed fresh or processed into high-quality drinks. Every year, rich musts mature in the old vaulted cellar. The apple cider vinegar develops its delicious flavour in the vinegar cellar. A few suckler cows and their calves graze on the lush meadows, as do several Traunviertel grazing geese, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and donkeys. Tree sponsorships can be taken over for old fruit varieties and in the pressing season you can have your own fruit pressed into sag at the Mörwald organic farm. **Programme (duration: 3 hours):**- The path of milk - From fruit to juice - Discover the forest The programme can be rounded off with various activities: Fruit pressing, making your own yoghurt, pruning courses, liqueur workshop.
