**The small monument has been dedicated to Josef Neubacher from Ramsau, who was employed at the salt works. He was the main designer of today's "Ramsaustrasse".**
A great viewing point with a view towards Lake Hallstatt

Named after **Archduchess Gisela** (1856 - 1932), daughter of Emperor Franz Josef I and wife of Prince Leopold of Bavaria. She spent many summers in Bad Ischl and this **viewing point** was her **favourite place** to visit.
There will be a bench and a table. Exit Thalgau via federal road B158 towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl drive onto Salzkammergut Street B145 towards Bad Goisern
**from Linz:**
Exit Regau via federal road Salzkammergut street B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern
**from Vienna/Graz:**
Exit Liezen via federal road B320, in Trautenfels drive onto Salzkammergut street B145 towards Bad Goisern
**from Villach:**
Tauern motorway to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt federal road through Gosau, at the Gosaumühle junction turn towards Bad Goisern
