Numa stands for original Pizza al Taglio, as it has been popular in Rome for decades;
We are now bringing this traditional craft to Linzer Landstraße.
You can get pizza just like in Rome: freshly sliced, light, wholesome and ideal for take-away or delivery.
Our Pizza al Taglio is made in the true Roman tradition. The dough is prepared fresh daily, matures for 48 hours and is based on our "Pizza Madre", our own Italian sourdough culture. We use our own flour mix from Austria and Italy. This makes the pizza crispy on the outside, airy on the inside and much easier to digest. It is baked in large Roman trays (60×40 cm), then freshly cut and charged by weight - just like in the streets of Rome.
