To achieve this, we attach great importance to sustainably selected ingredients and regional suppliers. For herbs and fruit, we rely on organically grown products, and for fruit, we also use selected premium goods. We press the fruit juices for our cocktails fresh every day and we only use premium spirits for mixing alcoholic drinks.
