A new place for frahling lovers in Steyr With the Kaffeeschmiede, a modern coffee shop for connoisseurs opened in mid-June on Steyr's city square. Not only coffee specialties are served there, but also a carefully selected but also a carefully selected exclusive breakfast offer and pastries from the traditional confectionery Hohlrieder traditional confectionery in Ternberg. "We wanted to bring a breath of fresh air to our classic confectioner's craft, and to enhance it with combine it with new approaches and more unusual creations," says managing director, and Frahling lover Matthias Hohlrieder. "It was also important to us to create a pleasant ambience and to bring our customers closer to the world of coffee." Matthias has been involved with coffee for over 10 years now. And took already participated in the Austrian championships in coffee brewing. In the course of this competition he worked closely with the now freshly crowned roasting world champion Felix Teiretzbacher together. In the Kaffeeschmiede the world of "Specialty Coffees" and traditional confectioner craft perfectly combined. Something new has been "forged". The Specialty Coffee offered comes from roasting world champion Felix Teiretzbacher from St. Pölten, who obtains the coffee beans directly from the coffee farmers and roasts them in Austria. And also with the remaining offer Matthias Hohlrieder attaches importance to natural ingredients, which originate as far as possible from the region.
