For this, we use separate coffee machines and grinders, all of which are state-of-the-art. Naturally, we also prepare espresso, cappuccino, and more with different coffee blends than our long coffee, large brown coffee, and others. Our coffees are freshly roasted in small specialty roasteries in the heart of Piedmont, Italy, and in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, according to our individual wishes. Our specialty is the unique "Latte Art" cappuccino, which is available throughout Austria! Our competition-proven baristas are happy to prepare this for you right at the table upon request! We pamper you with various breakfast variations, prepared with the best ingredients from our gourmet region "Upper Kremstal." From the "all inclusive" for 2 people to the Vital and Mini breakfast, we have something for everyone on our breakfast menu. By the way, this is available all day for late risers!!! Enjoy our wonderful cakes and pastries either in our cozy local or in one of our guest gardens. Our daily fresh, artistic cake specialties and pastries are prepared in our master bakery exclusively with natural ingredients and dairy products from the region. For our praline specialties and handcrafted chocolate bars, we use only the best Belgian couverture with up to 72.2% cocoa content, and we have already received numerous awards and accolades for it. We make our ice cream daily fresh according to original Italian recipes using selected natural products. The best ingredients and the freshest fruits are part of our tradition and guarantee taste and quality. The listeners of Life Radio named us the "favorite ice cream parlor in Upper Austria." Our family business is already managed in the 3rd generation by pastry chef and Maitre de Chocolatier Andrea Sturmberger. We currently employ 7 pastry chefs, with 2 more pastry chefs about to take their master exams soon. All of our approximately 19 employees are also baristas and master the art of "Latte Art" cappuccino preparation. No less than 16 FREE customer parking spaces, including 3 charging stations for electric cars, are available for our guests during opening hours. You can reach them coming from B138 by turning before the WKO into the Billa parking garage and immediately turning right onto our well-signposted parking lot after the ramp.
