Here, you can expect warm hosts and traditional home-cooked meals from the region. In summer, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace, while in winter, you can bask in the comforting warmth of the cozy parlor. The Kasberg is a mountain range located in the north of the Dead Mountains in the Upper Austrian Salzkammergut, rising to 1,747 m into the sky. The popular hiking peak is bordered by the rivers Alm, Grünaubach, and Steyerling. Nestled in this wild beauty lies the Steyrerhütte at the foot of the Kasberg. With traditional home-cooked meals from the region, the friendly hosts attract hikers. Both in summer on the beautiful sun terrace and in winter in the warm parlor. The hut has 24 sleeping places.
