Intensive week for Stock II and Pushing Hands

Exercises with the stick belong to the classical TaiJi Quan styles; The stick form "TaiJi Stick Dragon & Tiger" includes not only the martial techniques of the stick, but also those of the lance and halberd (pallash) and was creatively arranged by the LaoShan Centre. TuiShou or Pushing Hands is practised with a partner. Practising together will develop the mindset of perception, both of oneself and of the opponent. TuiShou outwardly shows the importance of a martial track, but its focus is more on health promotion. The body and mind are strengthened and the practitioner can experience a development of their perception and way of thinking.
