On the individual pilgrimage days you can get a taste of being on the road as a pilgrim and experience deceleration. We leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life to discover inner peace, serenity and joie de vivre while simply walking. Take home strength & confidence from this day "just for you"!

You will be accompanied by the Upper Austrian hiking and snowshoe guide, storyteller, yodeller, WALDNESS coach, herbalist and pilgrim companion Sabina Haslinger.

Pettenbach - Cross of Peace - Viechtwang - Pettenbach
In June we make our way from Pettenbach to the Friedenskreuz am Oberkaibling. Meadows, fields, forests and water are our companions and so we also visit the source of the nearby Heiligenleithen.

Start/finish meeting point: Pettenbach train station
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
Distance: approx. 14 km and 300 meters in altitude (pure walking time approx. 4 hours)
Tip: you can arrive relaxed and on time at the meeting point by train coming from the direction of Wels!

Vorchdorf - Wimsbach - Lambach - Stadl-Paura - Vorchdorf
In September we make a pilgrimage along the Alm river (also Via Alm) and also a bit along the Way of St. James from Vorchdorf to Lambach Abbey. On this day we let ourselves drift comfortably down the river and make a pilgrimage through extensive alluvial forests towards our destination.

Start/finish meeting point: Vorchdorf train station
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:22 p.m
Distance: approx. 18km and 100 meters in altitude (pure walking time 4h 30min)
Tip: you can travel comfortably and punctually to the meeting point by train from the direction of Gmunden!
