description: The Gmöser Moor is one of the few fens in Upper Austria. Alpine foothills. It was created after the Mindel Ice Age and offers a wonderful view of the Traunstein. Our tour through the enchanting moor forest and the moor meadow is a pleasure for body and soul. We discover typical bog plants and their healing properties as well as rare birds. We learn to strengthen our health with peat treatments such as hand or foot baths and drinking cures.
