The Sebaldusweg is not only a panoramic trail with lots of nature and culture. Along the route, the hiker will find 7 churches, 2 pilgrimage churches, 30 chapels, museums of the Eisenwurzen Upper Austria and countless natural treasures. The highlight of the trail is a visit to the church on the Heiligenstein in Gaflenz, which is dedicated to St. Sebald - the person who gave the trail its name. ´
The hosts and catering establishments along the trail will treat you to cultivated hospitality and down-to-earth, homemade delicacies made from regional products.
