The educational garden is divided into different areas, such as permaculture, various kitchen garden areas, wetland biotopes, a tree circle and the new WIRRIDIANA mirror labyrinth.

Discovery tour through the educational show garden:

Here you will receive a guided tour through the entire educational garden with all its wonderful special features, such as the biotopes and the WIRRIDIANA mirror labyrinth. There will be a short break in the tree circle where your questions will be answered.

Instructional trail for your own organic and perma garden

Here you will gain an insight into the diversity of organic gardening with a focus on permaculture. From the plant diversity in the organic garden, which supports each other and delights not only the visitors with a year-round multi-coloured pleasure! Afterwards, you can discover the WIRRIDAINA mirror labyrinth on your own.

Black gold - organic compost, soil structure and plant protection

Soil is an important topic for every gardener, but also for plant lovers with terraces and balconies. This guided tour will give you special insights into soil structure and compost, which is essential for the healthy growth of plants. At various stations, you will gain an insight into the correct preparation of compost, the different types of soil and the right combination of plants for your healthy organic garden. Afterwards, you can discover the WIRRIDAINA mirror labyrinth on your own.

Wild and garden herbs: edible - curable - poisonous

This tour is designed for adults as well as children's and school groups. Especially for children, the topic of wild garden herbs is an enjoyable journey of discovery into the world of plants. Our trained herb educators will take you through the garden in search of the many different herbs, where they grow best and what good and healthy things can be made with them. The topic of poisonous plants is especially important for younger children, as they also learn how to handle plants with care. On request, followed by a home-made herb snack!
