Intuitive archery in the 3D course at Hois'n Wirt with ÖBSV trainer Günter Höhenberger Take a stand, concentrate on the essentials and leave the stress behind: archery makes it possible. Incidentally, you can land a direct hit for your health with a bow and arrow. In the immediate vicinity of the Hois'n Wirt you will be introduced to the fascination of archery. Then the archers warm up with simple exercises such as shoulder circles, arm circles, gripping exercises, etc. "We also mobilize the back and carry out imitation exercises, which means we practice the sequence of movements without equipment". Then comes the target practice, first without and then with a target: “You try to shoot five or six arrows at one point in one go”. Guests practice intuitive archery, which means both eyes are open.
