We pay particular attention to those plants that otherwise tend to go unnoticed or even become a nuisance: the weeds. Stinging nettle, ground elder and chickweed are full of healing substances and taste good too. Once we have learned to appreciate these wild herbs and their value, we may even be able to welcome them into our gardens.
