Philosophy and baking tradition ------------------------------- We give our doughs time to mature! This is how Gerhard Winkler describes the company philosophy of the Winkler bakery. Experienced hands and loving handling of food produce the unforgettable flavour of Winkler bread and pastries. As we bake exclusively on the basis of our own recipes, the incomparable flavour of the bread is createdProduction ---------- Only products and ingredients from the region are used and processed. After all, we have a responsibility towards our customers, but also towards nature. Our suppliers share the same philosophy with us. In the Winkler bakery, all baked goods are prepared and refined by hand. This creates the unmistakable flavour of a genuine, natural food product. Coffee & more ----------------- We have established the Winkler Café as a further mainstay, which has since become an important component and addition to our bakery business.
