In January 2025, the time had finally come - the eagerly awaited MICHELIN Guide presented its latest selection of top restaurants and hotels. **Michelin-starred cuisine, indulgence at a fair price and sustainable concepts:** In addition to the coveted **MICHELIN stars**, which recognise excellent culinary artistry, the **Bib Gourmands** were also awarded. This honour stands for outstanding cuisine with a particularly good price-performance ratio. **Green Stars** were also awarded to restaurants that are characterised by sustainable and resource-conserving concepts. Not only gourmets get their money's worth - travellers can also look forward to the award. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide awarded **MICHELIN Keys** to hotels that stand out for their outstanding comfort, unique design and excellent service.
