Open ski lifts

In light of current events, we are pleased to announce that the Hornbahn in Russbach will only be available as a feeder lift from Friday, 15.3.2024 only will be available as a feeder to the ski area (of course also the descent with the cable car), as the main descent to Russbach will be closed from Friday due to the current snow conditions. The ski touring route in Russbach will also be closed. Important information: Russbacher Hornbahn remains open.

Due to the current snow situation, the ski circuit Gosau/Russbach HORNSPITZ to ZWIESELALM and vice versa will be closed. The Edtalmbahn and Höhbühelbahn lifts are no longer in operation. Ski tickets are discounted by 20%.
 
In general, ski operations will of course be maintained until Easter Monday, 1 April 2024 in the Dachstein West ski region.

On the unique fun pistes in the Dachstein West ski region skiing will definitely be exciting! However, please note, it is not just the ‘highly gifted’ ski technicians who get to ski on the ‘Wilde Hilde’, the ‘Rock’n Roll’ and the ‘Donnergroll’; there are also great challenges in store for beginners!

There is the Marcel Hirscher slalom route, which has a time measurement facility, speed measurement route so you can get up speed, Snowcross facilities with a start machine, demanding mogul pistes, soft wave slopes and much more - which get ski fans rejoicing!
