The hut is closed in Winter
The rustic Raschberghut is located on the Raschberg mountain pasture and offers a wonderful view to Dachstein glacier and a panoramic view to Bad Goisern.

Partly managed self-catering hut

The Raschberghut which is leaded by Naturfreunde Bad Goisern is opened and managed on weekends and public holidays from mid-May to approx. mid October and is a popular destination for hikers and mountainbikers.

Mr. Karl Jung spoils you with typical delicacies from the area, such as the popular "Schneeballen".

In summer the hut is open from Sunday the 21st of May 2023 on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays. Also during the week if you register in advance. Please make reservations with Mr. Jung Karl at:

You reach the hut from the parking lot "Flohwiese" near the inn "Halleralm" in Bad Goisern in about 1,5 hour per feet.

from Salzburg:
Exit Thalgau via federal road B158 towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl drive onto Salzkammergut Street B145 towards Bad Goisern - exit St. Agatha towards Halleralm - Flohwiesen car park.

from Linz:
Exit Regau via federal road Salzkammergut street B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern -  exit St. Agatha towards Halleralm - Flohwiesen car park.

from Vienna/Graz:
Exit Liezen via federal road B320, in Trautenfels drive onto Salzkammergut street B145 towards Bad Goisern -  exit St. Agatha towards Halleralm - Flohwiesen car park.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt federal road through Gosau, at the Gosaumühle junction turn towards Bad Goisern - village Au - turn right to Erlenstraße till St. Agatha - cross B 145 -  exit St. Agatha towards Halleralm - Flohwiesen car park.
