You have always wanted to take part in a triathlon? The Urlaubsregion Vitalwelt Bad Schallerbach is perfect for a first try.
On this loop you cycle from Rottenbach to Haag am Hausruck, hike or run to the adventure mountain Luisenhöhe, cycle on again via Geboltskirchen to swim in the bathing lake Leithen and from here you cycle back to Rottenbach.

Take part in the online challenge "Vitalwelt Triathlon" now and post your triathlon on social media with the hashtag #vitalwelttriathlon and show us a photo of the course and your best time. You start the Vitalwelt Triathlon in Rottenbach. Do not forget to start your fitness tracker. On the V4 Cycle Path you ride to Mühllehen and here you change to the V3 Cycle Path to Haag am Hausruck.

Once you arrive in Haag, park your bike at the parking lot of the valley station of the adventure mountain Luisenhöhe and walk or hike the path of the senses to the panorama tower. If you still have enough energy, don't skip the 32m to the top. Here you have a panoramic view over almost all of Upper Austria. Once back at the bottom, follow the sign in the direction of the "Alter Lehrpfad" (old nature trail) back to the valley station.

Now it continues for you back on the bike on the Cycle Path R23 to Geboltskirchen. For a little refreshment you can stop here at the Guesthouse-Reiterhof Pichler. Stay on the bike path and ride to the lake Leithen. The Vitalwelt Triathlon almost reaches the required distances of the Sprint Triathlon, so now it's a 750 m swim for you.

Now follow the R17 Cycle Path to Weibern and after the village of Einberg continue along the V4 Cycle Path to Rottenbach. A stop at the Guesthouse Mauernböck makes the round perfect.

Don't forget: Post a photo of the route and your best time on social media under #vitalwelttriathlon now!
